Grapefruit Harvest (& Mimosas)

My grapefruit tree’s season is coming to a close with the arrival of Phoenix’s intense summer heat. It’s sad to know that I won’t have fresh grapefruits for much longer. For a last hurrah, I harvested a large batch of grapefruits and celebrated in style by creating grapefruit mimosas! Definitely the best mimosas I’ve had in a long time.
